Location! Location! Location! The Marina Inn and Event Center is a 19-unit lodge located on Indian Point of Table Rock Lake in Branson, Missouri. The resort includes a 3-bedroom unit (presently the owner's living quarters), seven 2-bedroom units, five kitchenettes, and five motel units. All units were updated in 2017 & 2018.
