Jim Farrell is a dedicated member of 37 North team, bringing a broad range of experiences and a deep-rooted passion for his community. A veteran of the armed forces, Jim's commitment to service extends beyond his military background, having also served as a Firefighter and Advanced EMT with Glynn County Fire Department in Brunswick, GA. His discipline and strong work ethic have shaped his career in real estate. He helps clients navigate the home buying and selling process with integrity and professionalism. 

Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in “Criminal Justice - Homeland Security” from the College of Coastal Georgia, reflecting his deep interest in public safety and service. Outside of his professional life, Jim is a proud father and an avid outdoorsman. Whether bow hunting whitetail deer, pursuing feral hogs, coyotes, and wild turkeys, or enjoying a peaceful day of fishing, Jim is most at home in the wild. His hobbies also include gardening, habitat management, backpacking, camping, and a number of other activities shared with his daughter that connect them to the land and foster their appreciation for nature's beauty.
